Phase I – Business AnalysisDuring the Analysis phase a detailed business processess mapping of the customer requirements against the standard system functionality is provided defining project scope and output is generated into a business blueprint. Phase II – Business DesignDuring the Business Design & Implementaiton phase the application is being configured and further developed to fit to the customer requirements. Phase III – ImplementationDuring the Implementation phase the designed application is developed and implemented into a runnigs application reflecting the real customer requirements. Phase IV – TestingDuring the Testing phase a System and Integration tests are provided in order to secure the high quality of the delivered informaiton system. Phase V – Going liveThe Going Live Phase includes the productive start of the developed Information system and the training of the endusers. Phase VI – StabilizationHere the implemented system is finally improved and some main customer requirements are updated resp. implemented. |
